We were the original commercial interior designers of the fit out for Veeco Instruments when the building was new 1st let back in 2002 – the lease came to its end Sept 2012 with the client taking serviced offices locally.
The landlord wanted in excess of 75K to carry out the dilapidations – DCi produced the commercial interior design specifications, drawings and schedules of work putting the building back to as new condition – these were tendered locally resulting in dilapidations being completed on time for a fraction of the landlords costs
