Having completed the commercial interior redesign of the Scholars Common Rooms below the Gates Cambridge Trust asked us to convert some open plan space at The Warehouse, Bridge Street, Cambridge for use as their new offices.
The brief was to design the office interior as cellular workspace with state of art expandable video conference, student and visitor reception with merchandise, seating and branded welcome – a kind of older version of the common rooms, obviously linked together but with completely different interior aims and objectives
The colours, lighting, materials and finishes used underpin the WPP brand to imbue students and visitors alike with a sense of belong to and working with the Gates Cambridge Trust.
As lead consultants Design Cambridge delivered the project on time, on budget and to entire client satisfaction.
